The wind trunk line is designed with advanced foreign technology and uses five rolling multiple fans to blow. This machine is mainly used for drying the water on the surface of flexible packaging. It is suitable for boiled vegetables, seasoned vegetables, Pickled vegetables, braised meat, Soy egg and other food packaged with plastic. After sterilization and cooling at high temperature (low temperature), this machine is used to dry the water on the surface of the packaging bag, so as to quickly pack into the warehouse. This machine uses a low-power, low-noise fan, with a knife shaped blowing mouth, and the drying air temperature is normal temperature, effectively protecting the color and quality of the material itself, with better effect. This machine has the characteristics of wide application, high drying efficiency, and easy operation.
The air duct of the soft packaging air dryer is suitable for removing water from sterilized high and low temperature meat products, vegetable products, and other soft packaging. It is also suitable for removing surface water from vegetables after cleaning. By repeatedly turning over and draining water, as well as blowing high-pressure and strong cold air from the upper part, the soft packaging is completely dried to achieve the effect of surface water droplets (the water in the wrinkles of the washing bag can also be removed). This equipment is connected to a sterilization machine and synchronized in speed. Each fan has a power of 0.75KW, making the equipment environmentally friendly and energy-saving
